our Second Visit to Our Acworth Practice

On the second report we explain what we found and how we may be able to help you.
"The alternative to letting the body heal naturally with chiropractic is
unfortunately the use of potentially toxic drugs and dangerous surgeries!"

This is generally why chiropractic should be utilized first, drugs second, and lastly surgery as a matter of less invasiveness and safety for the patients. On the second visit we let you know if you will benefit from chiropractic care.

The second visit may be scheduled on the same day as the first visit depending on the nature of your case, your time of arrival, and our schedule.

On this visit you find out if and how you will benefit from the natural and sacred healing art. Unfortunately, if we are unable to help you, you may have to use the alternatives drugs and/or surgery. Likewise, on the necessary occasion we do make referrals to other healthcare providers to work with us on your behalf. Know that after your second visit you will have learned more about chiropractic than most medical doctors who have completed their professional training. This is another way we want to empower you. Take opinions about your health from credible sources.

Once Dr. Byrd accepts your case, he then gives you some information, instructions, and begins your care immediately. If the doctor cannot accept your case, you will be informed about that decision and referred to another health care provider.

If we can help you, the doctor will introduce a few key ideas that will help you get better faster and not be dependent on chiropractic. Remember, our goal is to empower you with knowledge so you can be a healthier you and so that the work we do can last you a lifetime.

Then the doctor will give you options, and you will choose which course is best for you. Then you are free to go on your walk, for reasons that you will understand after your second visit.

The second visit usually takes about 10-20 minutes depending on your case.

Dr. Byrd Asks some important questions of interest to Acworth residents - Chiropractor Acworth Dr. Byrd Asks...

What's the difference between sick care and health care?
Sick care is largely about relieving or suppressing symptoms. Health care is about improving performance. While sick care is about how you feel, health care is about how you function. Sick care is what you do to treat an obvious problem, and health care is what you do to avoid the problem and advance your well-being.
What's your plan to deal with drug-resistant 'super germs'?
Chiropractors have always been concerned with the indiscriminate use of antibiotics, accelerating the mutation of microbes that make "wonder" drugs increasingly ineffective. My strategy? Do everything possible to bolster my immune system through proper diet, rest, exercise, clean air, pure water and an optimally functioning nervous system with regular chiropractic care.
